Research

Neurodiversity describes the idea that people experience and interact with the world around them in many different ways; there is no one "right" way of thinking, learning, and behaving, and differences are not viewed as deficits. it is often used in the context of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), as well as other neurological or developmental conditions such as ADHD or learning disabilities. % of people remain undiagnosed around the world and struggle with life, trying to fit in but finding themselves out of place. Getting and holding a job, which is the cornerstone of an adult's life becomes a harrowing task for such adults who don't view the world through the same lens as most of us.

We will go with solutions 1 of creating an accommodation form for MVP 1 considering the tradeoff between value and development efforts.
