CASE STUDY FOLIOINDEX [03]
01 / CONTEXT
Institutional & operational background

As part of broader RRB transformation work, I worked on both performance measurement and workforce design across a heterogeneous institutional network.

02 / MY CONTRIBUTION
Scope, mandate & execution
WORKSTREAM [1]

I developed 80+ reform metrics, including calculation methodology and measurement logic across business, customer, digital and risk dimensions.

WORKSTREAM [2]

Separately, I redesigned manpower norms across 22K+ branches, segmenting branches by business and advances to define grade-wise staffing requirements.

WORKSTREAM [3]

I then modelled bank-wise workforce economics across 28 RRBs, reducing projected staff and wage-bill increases by approximately 50% versus the initial proposal.

03 / OUTCOME & SCALE
Observed empirical evidence
  • RESULT [1]80+ REFORM METRICS
  • RESULT [2]22K+ BRANCHES
  • RESULT [3]28 RRBS
  • RESULT [4]~50% LOWER PROJECTED STAFF / WAGE-BILL INCREASE VS INITIAL PROPOSAL
04 / LENS IN PRACTICE
Analytical reflection
LENS IN PRACTICE / MEASUREMENT DESIGN

A metric is not neutral once people are managed against it.

The challenge was therefore not merely to produce more KPIs, but to define measures whose calculation logic, comparability and interpretation were sufficiently clear to support meaningful performance conversations across institutions operating at different scales.
