CURIOSITY & PRACTICE

I'm interested
in almost
everything.

I work at the intersection of business, technology, systems and human behaviour.

Following complex, non-linear problems across institutional finance, computational infrastructure, mechanism design, and prose.

THESIS / 01
Specialization creates depth, but high-impact problems almost never respect domain boundaries.

A career doesn't have to be a straight line to have a direction.

Most difficult challenges are not purely technical, financial, or strategic. They emerge at the seams—where incentive models break under regulatory shifts, where software architecture clashes with human psychology, or where legacy organizational habits obstruct systemic modernization.

By following my curiosity across fields, I develop the ability to recognize structural invariants: the recurring patterns of entropy, coordination failure, and resilience that govern complex systems everywhere.

I solve complicated problems.

05/INTELLECTUAL MAP

The same questions keep appearing in different disciplines.

A topological index of curiosity. Rather than treating finance, software, economics, and human behaviour as disconnected silos, this map traces the underlying structural patterns that link them.

AXIS I / COORDINATION & REGIMES01 ⇄ 02
Systems ⇄ Incentives ⇄ Behaviour

How do implicit payoffs distort explicit governance rules before failure becomes observable?

[SYSTEMIC FEEDBACK]──────────────[INCENTIVE SHIFT]
↕ Amplification / Distortion Vector ↕
[EQUILIBRIUM COLLAPSE]──────────────[BEHAVIORAL DRIFT]
Core Thesis: Goodhart's Law applies equally to software telemetry, banking capital ratios, and organizational KPIs.
AXIS II / INFRASTRUCTURE03 ⇄ 04
Ledgers ⇄ Technology ⇄ Liquidity

When does instantaneous settlement reduce counterparty risk versus amplifying systemic liquidity fragility?

STATE CONTINUITY ──→ PRE-FUNDED COLLATERAL
↕ Latency vs. Solvency Tradeoff
DISTRIBUTED CONSENSUS ──→ SETTLEMENT FINALITY
Core Thesis: Every ledger protocol is fundamentally an institutional trust engine expressed in code.
AXIS III / ENTROPY & STRATEGY05 ⇄ 06
Institutions ⇄ Strategy

Why do organizations preserve obsolete coordination mechanisms long after technological friction dissolves?

Core Thesis: Bureaucratic inertia is not accidental stupidity; it is risk mitigation designed for a forgotten historical threat model.
AXIS IV / EPISTEMOLOGY & RHETORIC07 ⇄ 08
Writing ⇄ Mathematical Models ⇄ Reality

How does formal prose expose latent fallacies in architecture that mathematical shorthand quietly sweeps away?

Core Thesis: If you cannot explain a multi-variable system in rigorous English sentences, you do not understand its boundary conditions.
